Your order/s will be processed and shipped within ONE-HOUR of receiving confirmed payment during our office hours, not including weekends and public holidays when our Mail Center is closed. Because we ship so fast, shipping addresses cannot be modified after you have submitted your order. Once the order has shipped it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Any merchandise purchased from this website will be shipped by a third party carrier. Depending on which country we are shipping to, we will choose the most appropriate and fastest shipping method which could be Thailand Post, ePacket, or DHL eCommerce.
We can courier your order through DHL Express or EMS, but this is an expensive method. Please obtain a quote for shipping BEFORE ordering.
Title and risk of loss for merchandise will pass to the carrier upon the transfer of the merchandise to them.
Within 48-hours, you will be issued with your unique International Tracking Number for your order by email. Please ensure your email address is correct at the time of purchase and add our email address: thetransgenderclinic@gmail.com to your favorites. The tracking number will also be uploaded to PayPal. You will be able to track your order’s progress from leaving our facility through to final delivery using an online tracking service. International deliveries take between 14-30 days depending in which country you live.
